This ichi kimono cardigan symbolizes power, elegance and longevity: who wouldn't want one?
The geometric prints drawn on the sleeve edges and at the bottom of the jacket refer to Japanese folklore. These patterns are inspired by Japanese architecture, called kumiko. It is a unique carpentry technique that consists of assembling pieces of wood without using nails. These partitions can be found in almost all traditional houses.
The geometric prints symbolize longevity (tsumi-isi kikko pattern) but also power and elegance (thick and thin lines of koushi pattern respectively). For a zen and casual look, this cardigan will perfectly match with a blue, white or black color scheme.
